We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
