Asset Management Sales Representative

This role involves in-home sales of water treatment products, water heater/tankless units, and lead generation for cross-selling opportunities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Key Responsibilities- BUILDING LONG-TERM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Establish strong connections with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- SALES INITIATIVE: Identify water treatment opportunities from lead qualification through quotation, installation, and follow-up.
- TEAM COLLABORATION: Work closely with team members to refine, implement, and deliver sales results and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY: Provide high levels of customer service based on a thorough understanding of Enercare's operating model, while effectively managing and resolving customer concerns and issues.
- UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR EQUIVALENT WORKING EXPERIENCE: A strong foundation in business principles or relevant industry experience.
- 3-5 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE: Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE IN SALES CAPACITY: Familiarity with the industry and its trends.
- EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Ability to build long-term customer relationships and communicate effectively.
- IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE: Preferred but not mandatory.
- ABILITY TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS: Some evenings and weekends may be required.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
