About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GTA Home Developer Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Drive.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
