">We're seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our Digital Banking group. This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of product knowledge, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, problem resolution, customer communication, transaction processing, and data input. Effective communication skills are essential to promptly respond to client inquiries from various sources.
">Key Responsibilities:
- ">
- Facilitate regulatory onboarding of customers in an efficient, compliant, and client-centric manner.">
- Rapidly triage and escalate complex issues to management for resolution.">
- Input deposit details accurately into the banking system.">
- Process Transfer-In and Transfer-Out requests for Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) & Tax-free savings account (TFSA).">
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- ">
- Strong computer skills; excellent oral/written communication, relationship management, and time management skills.">
- The ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment with tight time frames closely scrutinized by Senior/Executive Management.">
- Product knowledge of Deposit & Registered products would be an asset.">
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office.">
- A willingness to work occasional weekend/holiday/evening hours, including shifts to service clients from 8AM – 8PM EST.">
