We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of on-site work activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Participate in the recruitment, orientation, and performance management of staff, ensuring they meet corporate policies and HR procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve contract performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a high level of training and competency for all staff, ensuring they operate at the highest standards and safely.
- Relevant experience in managing clients with multiple sites.
- Familiarity with all facets of multi-function project management, including cost estimating, budget planning, and business accounting.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
