Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at TOPRON CONSULTING INC. As a key player in our HR operations, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks and ensuring seamless workflow within the department.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position (30 hours per week) that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You will work closely with our HR team to plan and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development initiatives, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Motivate staff to achieve their best performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including budgeting and expenditure control
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Google Docs
