About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at 1035035 BC Ltd. as a key member of our housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the planning and coordination of housekeeping activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
    • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping supervisors and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal performance.
    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Guest Services
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters, providing them with opportunities for employment and integration.
    • Assist with foreign credential recognition and provide guidance on career development and advancement.
  • Support for Youths
    • Develop and implement awareness training programs to promote a welcoming and inclusive work environment for youth.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that youth are provided with opportunities for growth, development, and career advancement.
    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
