We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Canadas Best Value Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
