  • Leadership and Supervision

  • Operations Management

    • Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure timely replenishment and minimize waste.
  • Guest Services
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
