Executive Pastry Chef

We are a dynamic bakery and restaurant looking for a skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per yearAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our pastry department and contribute to the success of our business. As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for managing our baking operations, developing new recipes, and overseeing a team of skilled bakers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of attention to detail. They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily baking operations, including preparing dough, mixing batters, and baking cakes and pastries.
- Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Lead and train a team of bakers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a senior pastry role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
