FutureSight is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial operations specialist to support our venture creation and investor relations strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, investor reporting, and financial planning and analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fund's finance, operational, and administration functions. This includes tracking and issuing relevant LP documents, assisting with investor reporting, and maintaining organization of the fund's client contracts and agreements.

The financial operations specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and communicating on each venture's financial status, developing and maintaining cap tables and financial forecasting for the ventures, and preparing monthly financial reports and conducting monthly financial meetings for each venture.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and investor reporting
  • Knowledge of the technology/startup space is a plus
  • Self-motivated and driven with willingness to learn
  • Ability to be decisive and urgently raise issues
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management, organizational skills, and process management
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
