Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Tropical Treets is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, time management, adaptability.
