Your Mission
As a Growth Marketing Associate in Canada, you'll play a key role in shaping Alan's strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, iterating on our positioning, creating compelling marketing assets, setting up and optimizing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.), organizing events and field marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness, analyzing performance, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and operations teams.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS startup. You'll need expertise in digital acquisition, CRM, and data analysis, as well as versatility in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent English communication skills are essential, with French being a plus. Familiarity with no-code apps is also a benefit. A passion for health innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success in this role.
