About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales growth.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed commercial targets through excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and identify innovative ways to grow business through delivering elevated client experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base and proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Desired Qualifications

  • A college/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
