At Tiffany & Co., we are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase sales.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, including styling and product recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit among team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record of achieving commercial results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base and adapt to changing sales environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College or university degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
