We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Vancouver. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and sales growth.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience for every client.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base and adapt to changing sales trends.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Tiffany & Co. offers a competitive salary range of $19.98 - $27.03, with opportunities for sales commission and career advancement.
