Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and exceed commercial targets.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to make informed recommendations to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record of achieving commercial results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base and adapt to changing sales environments.
