Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Ozone West Wellness Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our kitchen and bar areas are well-stocked and efficient.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to ensure that our services meet their needs.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food and beverage services.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 35 hours per week.
