About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Powernode Computer Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and excellence
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Leadership and Management
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
    • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Team Management
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Operational Excellence
    • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
