Job Title: Vice President, Operations, National Accounts

About the Role:

Xpera is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead our National Accounts business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of 5 direct reports and over 150 employees
  • Collaborate with Business Development to deliver strategic sales plans and marketing programs
  • Establish performance metrics and targets to drive growth and service excellence
  • Monitor market conditions and build industry relationships to drive organic growth and acquisitions
  • Establish a culture of quality, professionalism, and customer responsiveness
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Work with Corporate IT to ensure technology alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and execute a Human Resources plan to drive team building, succession planning, and employee development

Requirements:

  • University degree in a business discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on general management and client-servicing
  • Extensive network of industry contacts and participation in industry associations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to execute strategy in a fast-paced environment
