Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Powernode Computer Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
