Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient use of budget and personnel.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls to ensure effective use of company resources.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Communication: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
