Job Summary

Powernode Computer Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our organizational development and growth initiatives. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong strategic leader to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership and Management: Establish and manage major departments and senior staff positions to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments to foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Performance Management: Set objectives, formulate policies and programs, and delegate authority to middle managers and executive staff to drive business results.
  • Representation and Partnerships: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of more than 20 people to ensure effective leadership and guidance.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure work environment by conducting regular criminal record checks.Work Environment
    • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
    • Workload: Expect a large workload and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
