Job Title: Senior VP of Sales

Location: Remote, with travel within Ottawa and Toronto offices.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior VP of Sales to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for generating sales results, achieving annual sales targets, and maintaining positive asset growth within a region comprised of MFDA and IIROC advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and maintain positive asset growth.
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and engage with existing clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, face-to-face meetings, and other correspondence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners through cold calls, warm referrals, meetings, events, and social activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in the wealth management arena, specifically within an investment wholesaler or internal wholesaler capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an advisory region (MFDA and IIROC) and prospecting within the IIROC channel.
  • Advanced communication skills in French and English due to interactions with English and French speaking partners across Canada.
