Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Delta Professional Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants as required.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
