Job Title: Property Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a skilled Property Claims Adjuster to join our team at Xpera. As a Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and adjusting property claims in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that all claims are handled fairly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate property claims to determine the extent of damage and liability
* Negotiate settlements with claimants and adjusters
* Prepare and submit reports to management and clients
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless claim handling

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in claims adjusting
* Ability to qualify for at least a level 1 AB Adjuster's license
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
