About the Role

Xpera is seeking a skilled Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and adjusting property claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate property claims to determine the extent of damage and liability
  • Negotiate settlements with policyholders and claimants
  • Prepare and submit reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in property claims or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a level 1 AB Adjuster's license
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
