Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Vendor Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and effective contract processing
  • Monitor and mitigate risk items and approvals
  • Process vendor invoices and track SOWs, MSAs, renewals, and amendments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop and maintain reports and reviews for key performance indicators and data analysis
  • Ensure cost efficiency and compliance with procurement guidelines and OSFI regulations
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, finance, operations, and business communication
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, accruals, invoicing, and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build collaborative relationships
  • Strong curiosity to learn and adapt to new situations
