Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at FULL OF BEANS COFFEE CO. (JUBILEE) INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and budget, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
