Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Edo Japan - Tillicum. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Safe Food Handling certificate

Work Environment:

* Fast-paced environment
* Work under pressure
* Combination of sitting, standing, walking
