Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Word.

  • Security and Safety: Bondable.
  • Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
