We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team at Airport Cargo Warehouse Inc.

Job Summary:

The Freight Forwarding Logistician will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including organizing tasks, tracking work orders, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, prepare and submit reports, and maintain work records and logs
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, provide customer service, and keep track of shipments
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, and organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks
  • Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, accurate, initiative, and judgement
