Job Title: Freight Forwarding Logistician

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team at Airport Cargo Warehouse Inc.

Job Summary:

The Freight Forwarding Logistician will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Provide customer service, keep track of shipments, and schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Maintain work records and logs, and prepare and submit reports
  • Perform routine clerical duties, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Client focus, flexibility, and organized
  • Reliability, team player, accurate, and initiative
