Job Title: Freight Forwarding Logistician

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team at Airport Cargo Warehouse Inc.

Job Summary:

The Freight Forwarding Logistician will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Provide customer service, keep track of shipments, and schedule assignments
  • Co-ordinate activities with vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, and organize and maintain inventory
  • Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Client focus, flexibility, and reliability
  • Organized, accurate, and initiative-driven individual
  • Will train and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment
