Job Title: Freight Forwarding Logistician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team at International Fastline Forwarding Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods from one place to another.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track shipments and inventory.
  • Organize and manage warehouse and work areas to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to track logistics operations.
  • Project manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Keep track of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
