Job Title: Freight Forwarding Logistician

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team at Airport Cargo Warehouse Inc.

Job Summary:

The Freight Forwarding Logistician will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including organizing tasks, tracking and completing work orders, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and ensure timely completion
  • Oversee operational logistics, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Provide customer service and ensure timely shipment of goods
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
