Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • More than 20 people supervised.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and time management skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
