Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team at the Jewish Community Center Association. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our organization's marketing and communications efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Art Direction and Graphic Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive art direction and graphic design strategy to enhance our brand identity and visual communications across all agency programs.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Create and implement a year-round digital marketing strategy, managing our web presence and social media channels, and overseeing the design and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Copywriting and Content Creation: Develop and publish high-quality marketing copy for various projects, including marketing emails, videos, social media posts, web pages, digital advertising, and print materials.
- Communications and Media Relations: Develop relationships with local media outlets and partners to support our overall revenue development strategy and implementation.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior leaders, board members, and marketing and communications staff to grow our reach and impact.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist with a strong background in marketing, communications, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and building strong relationships with media outlets and partners.
