Role Overview

In the capacity of Marketing and Communications Manager, you will spearhead a vibrant team, implementing strategies that resonate with our community. This role encompasses:

  1. Innovative Campaign Development: Craft and launch impactful marketing initiatives that elevate awareness and encourage community engagement.
  2. Relationship Building: Forge and nurture partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and community members to enhance service delivery.
  3. Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a skilled team, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.
  4. Community Impact: Contribute significantly to the health and wellbeing of the community through effective communication and outreach.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference and possess the skills and experience necessary to uphold our commitment to exceptional service:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience.
  2. Proven track record in managing marketing initiatives and financial resources.
  3. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and motivating teams.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytical tools.
  6. Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship management.
  7. Current Blue Card and valid driver's license.
  8. Recent criminal history check.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is highly regarded.
