Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shrii kodiyar Inc O/A Wings up. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing food service operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical activity, working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate food service staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and delivery;
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and manage inventory levels;
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and conduct regular performance evaluations;
  • Maintain quality control standards, address customer complaints, and prepare budget and cost estimates;
  • Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys;
  • Establish work schedules, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain a clean and safe working environment;
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field (not required but an asset);
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar establishment;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of culinary genres, menu planning, and food preparation techniques;
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor tasks;
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a physically demanding environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
