Job Description

As a Food Service Supervisor with Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for establishing quality control standards in our coffee shops and restaurants. Your role will involve supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Tight deadlines
