We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Establishment Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports, including financial and sales data
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
