Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC (Little Caesars Waterdown). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in our kitchen and dining room, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
