About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing executive with a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of supervisory and/or managerial experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production and operational support teams to achieve plant safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Support all Health and Safety initiatives related to the facility by providing leadership for policies and procedures and continually improving safety records.
  • Develop and maintain strong employee relations within all levels of the company, while also motivating, coaching, and developing a diverse, high-performing leadership team.
  • Implement new manufacturing initiatives, including allocating strategic resources and applying continuous improvement principles for improved efficiencies.
  • Establish annual operating budgets, inventory control targets, and performance goals for department leaders.
  • Engage in supply chain initiatives to strengthen critical vendor relationships and improve lead-time performance.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking an operations executive with an outstanding track record and reputation for driving improvement with business judgment, leadership skills, and integrity. The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen and an operations aptitude with strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically.

An estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
