Job Description

StandardAero is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to join our Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement, including:
  • Integrating Salesforce systems across the organization to ensure seamless data capture and analysis.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking of sales and customer demand versus capacity.
  • Providing regular reports to leadership and facilities management to inform business decisions.
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.
  • Supporting user requests for data and analytics.
  • Planning for and maintaining the currency of the database.
  • Coordinating with other divisions to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce.
Sales Operations: Track and report on sales leads and prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and quote submission.Sales Forecasts: Provide regular forecasts to relevant personnel on customer work.Market Share: Develop market share analysis for all product lines at the global, area, and regional level.Contracts Pipeline: Own the bid process between Sales, Customer Programs, and Legal to ensure prioritization and execution of long-term programs opportunities.Sales Compensation: Support the development and administration of the annual sales compensation process using Salesforce metrics.Core Behaviors (Leadership Standards)

Position Requirements
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant sales operation/CRM role with delivered and sustainable results.
  2. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the success of the total business model.
  3. Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative level usage.
  4. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
  5. A strong background in customer engagement and/or support.
  6. A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
  7. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, ideally IT-related. Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is an asset, but not required.
Reporting
  1. The position reports to the Vice President - Marketing within StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
