Job Overview

TSMG AMERICAS INC. is seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to drive strategic growth and oversee the management of administrative services.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $2,250,001 to $3,500,000, reflecting the company's commitment to compensating its employees fairly based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Co-ordinate administrative services, evaluate departmental operations, manage multiple administrative services, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services, with supervision over 5-10 people.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Knowledge Management: Manage knowledge and prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Drive, and electronic mail.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Workload: Large workload.
