About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Worker Assistant to join our team at Najat El Aouni. As a Child Care Worker Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Assist in developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain daycare equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Support to Educators: Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Leadership: Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Record Keeping: Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records of children's progress and development.
  • Engagement: Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Guidance: Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Preparation: Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, reliability, honesty, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to children.
