About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Care Worker Assistant to join our team at Najat El Aouni. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of daycare equipment, promoting a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Assistance and Support: Work closely with early childhood educators to carry out programs that foster the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Engagement and Activities: Plan and implement engaging activities that promote socialization, creativity, and cognitive development.
  • Personal Care and Hygiene: Support children in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Meal Preparation and Environment Setup: Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and a First Aid Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, reliability, and honesty in your work.
  • Experience: Have at least 7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
