Child Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Child Care Assistant to join our team at Najat El Aouni. As a Child Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our nursery school setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs and activities that support child development.
- Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts to engage children and promote learning.
- Assist with record-keeping and administrative tasks as needed.
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent experience.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and honesty are essential.
