Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of daycare equipment, promoting a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Assistance and Support: Work closely with early childhood educators to carry out programs that foster the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and organizing outings to local points of interest.
- Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Engagement and Activities: Engage children in various activities, including crafts, snacks, and rest periods, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Personal Development: Support children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Certifications and Licenses: Possess an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and a First Aid Certificate.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, reliability, honesty, and a strong commitment to the well-being of children.
- Availability: Be available to start immediately and commit to a permanent position.
- Language: Fluency in French is required.
- Work Schedule: Work 35 hours per week.
